IT Department

Felbry IT Department is available to both Faculty/Staff and Students. Our office is open during the business hours for immediate support. Off-Campus and during weekend support is available via phone call or our ticketing portal.

  • Felbry College offers various Web based systems:
    • Orbund, the Student Information System, through which students are able to view and print schedules, view and pay invoices, register courses and even conduct a degree audit.
    • Our email system is made available to students after orientation, once school starts, it is encouraged that all students use the Felbry assigned emails for communication with faculty and staff members.
    • Canvas is a learning Management System that FCSON uses for all courses.  Students will need to access Canvas in order to view course material, assignment, and view current grades.
    • Other digital products that FCSON uses include but not limited to:
      • Evolve Elsevier
      • Vital Source Bookstore
      • Honorlock for testing
  • Students are required to have a personal laptop or notebook computer to use in for the duration of the enrollment period at Felbry College.  Only Windows or Mac PCs are allowed. Chromebooks do not meet the minimum requirement of the majority of systems used, as a result they are not acceptable.

How Do I retrieve my password?

If you forgot your password for your Email, Orbund, Campus Computer/Printing Account, visit Ticket Portal and fill out the form with the appropriate information.

Reset your password for Canvas

From the login page, click forgot password, enter your FCSON email. After completing this step, an email will be sent to your Felbry Email

General or specific IT related

Use the Ticket Portal form to notify the IT Dept of any issues you may be experiencing, the IT Dept is able to reply or troubleshoot after hours or on weekends.
