Felbry is such a great school.  Before I came to Felbry College, I was in another college here in Columbus. I finished first quarter there and I dropped out in second quarter. The reason why I dropped out is because there is no tutoring, and some of the teachers don’t like you to ask them questions. At Felbry it’s good; the teachers help you, they take their time and make you understand, which makes your life easier.  I’m so grateful to be in the right college which is Felbry. I wish I came here first but it’s not too late. I am sure now I will graduate from Felbry College.

The dream begins with a teacher who believes in you, who tugs and pushes and leads you to the next plateau, sometimes poking you with a sharp stick called truth.

Such teachers are found at Felbry College which is more of a family than a school.  It wasn’t easy going to school, being pregnant and working full time, but the school made it easier by providing extra tutoring, encouragement and by understanding my situation.

I initially struggled during the program and at one point, I even thought of dropping, but thanks to the encouragement I got from the school, that strengthened me and in the end I made it.

Even though I am happy to graduate, somewhere deep down inside of me feels lonely because l am going to miss my second family at Felbry. I call this a bitter sweet feeling.
