Mohamed KhalifFACULTY

Dr. Mohamed Khalif is a longtime resident and a respected member of the Somali community based in Columbus, Ohio. He received his bachelor’s degree in biology from the Ohio State University in 2008. Mohamed then continued to further his education at the American University of Integrative Sciences located in Sint Maarten, Kingdom of the Netherlands where he completed his medical degree. Mohamed has completed his clinical medicine training through multiple hospitals in the Chicago medical district area. Using his clinical acumen and years of rigorous academic training, Mohamed began to enter the higher-Ed world shortly after his relocation to Ohio. Today, he is a faculty of anatomy and physiology at Felbry College-School of Nursing. Mohamed is also a well-respected faculty member in the biological and physical science departments of Columbus State Community College and at Central Ohio Technical College where he instructs similar areas of discipline. Dr. Khalif is an invaluable contributing member of all communities at large in the region. On his free time, he volunteers at Helping Hands Wellness Center where he works with a talented medical team that work with uninsured patients as well as patients from underserved communities.

The dream begins with a teacher who believes in you, who tugs and pushes and leads you to the next plateau, sometimes poking you with a sharp stick called truth. Such teachers are found at Felbry College which is more of a family than a school.
